Agents seeking advice about how to build their brand through online social media can listen to experts on the subject next month via a free webinar.
The Agents Council for Technology (ACT) will host the webinar, titled "Successful Agency Techniques to Build, Integrate and Manage Your Blog, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube," on Thursday, June 3, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EDT.
Participants will include Ryan Hanley of the Guilderland Agency; Chris Jordan of the Atlanta Insurance Live; Rick Morgan from Rick Morgan Consulting; and Jeff Yates, ACT executive director.
"When independent agents Ryan Hanley and Chris Jordan demonstrated how they are using multiple social media tools to build their brand and attract business in an earlier ACT webinar, the audience came alive because it is clear these agents are effectively using these tools today," said Mr. Yates. "We are fortunate to have them back to do a 60-minute demonstration as to how they are integrating all of these tools and managing a successful social web strategy."
The webinar will be the fourth in a series hosted by ACT's Social Web Work Group addressing the most frequent questions from agents regarding social media usage.
Registration for the event is available at http://tinyurl.com/35q4q7y.
The third webinar in the series will take place on May 20 and will address E&O considerations in social networking. Information and registration for that webinar is available at http://tinyurl.com/2uvkr8z.
