AnyDoc Software, a provider of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, announced the launch of their new enterprise capture and workflow solution, AnyDocINSURANCE Suite, to solve the document and business processing challenges in the insurance industry.

Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and third-party administrators can increase visibility into all of their processes with the AnyDocINSURANCE Suite. By delivering real-time process and business analytics designed to maximize business process improvement and provide proven near-term ROI, AnyDocINSURANCE Suite captures, processes, and routes insurance documents.

With the AnyDocINSURANCE Suite, insurance organizations can receive all incoming documents in a virtual electronic mail room regardless of source, type or format. The documents are classified by the document type and appropriate business unit and routed for processing. Data is then extracted from the documents, including both structured and unstructured forms. Problems are identified and placed into workflow queues for immediate action, the document images are automatically indexed, and along with accurate, verified data, seamlessly transferred to existing insurance systems.

AnyDocINSURANCE Suite also incorporates management tools to optimize efficiency and lower processing costs, including real-time analytics, reports, and executive dashboards.

AnyDoc Software has added Kent Krueger to their sales team as the solution account executive for insurance.
