BOSTON–The chief executives of four major insurance brokerage firms roundly disputed criticism that contingent commissions are an inherent conflict of interest because total disclosure eliminates the issue.
Their remarks came during an executive forum at the Risk and Insurance Management Society 2010 Annual Conference and Exhibition held here yesterday.
