Scot H. Parnell has joined Crump's executive team, as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Parnell joins CGI from The Student Loan Corp. in Stamford, Conn., where he most recently served as chief financial officer since 2008. Parnell rose through a series of finance positions at STU and Citi since joining in 2001. Prior to Citi, Parnell worked at MetLife and Browning Ferris Industries in New York, having begun his career with Arthur Andersen in Houston, Texas.
"I am pleased to be joining the Crump executive team at this exciting stage. The company carries a long heritage of stability and prestige in the markets it serves, providing a solid platform to support growth initiatives," Parnell said.
Parnell received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas and a master's degree from Columbia University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
