U.S. RE Companies, Inc., an international financial services and reinsurance brokerage firm, has joined with National Catastrophe Adjusters, Inc. (NCA), a national provider of claim administration and underwriting services, to form Blue Hill Claims Management, LLC.

The announcement was made jointly this afternoon by the two companies' CEOs, who said that Blue Hill will "provide claim services to property and casualty carriers and managing general agencies." The new company will be directed by James C. Pearl, president and COO of NCA.

"[Our] 25 years of experience as a leading insurance services provider positions Blue Hill to bring best-of-class solutions to insurance companies and MGAs with catastrophe-exposed business."
