Itasca, Ill.-based insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., said it has acquired Walker Taylor Agency of Wilmington, N.C. Transaction terms were not released.
Gallagher said Walker Taylor Agency is a retail insurance brokerage with 18 employees that offers risk management and property-casualty insurance services to their mid-size to large commercial and personal clients throughout the United States.
