The Mutual Service Office Inc. (MSO) introduces its Bed and Breakfast Businessowners policy, and it is approved for use in Maine, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.The Bed and Breakfast (B&B) filing is pending in Delaware, Maryland, New Hampshire and Vermont.
The B&B follows the format of the standard MSO BOP policy, plus specialty coverages designed to meet the unique needs of the B&B insured. The MSO B&B BOP combines property and liability provisions and conditions in one form. A specific Declarations Supplement shows the coverage enhancements and dollar sublimits.
