CLM Further Expands in Corporate Sector

CLM has appointed two corporate senior counsels to its Advisory Board and has formed a Commercial Litigation Committee.

With the appointment of two corporate senior counsels to its advisory board, the largest organization focused solely on litigation management is increasing its presence in the corporate sector.

As of June 1, 2009, the appointments of Patrick Oot of Verizon and Paul McDonald of Kraft Foods to the Council on Litigation Management’s (CLM) Advisory Board will be official. In addition, CLM will establish a Commercial Litigation Committee, which will create and implement a platform for collaboration and education among CLM members who manage commercial litigation.
