Seattle-based insurance technology solutions provider Vertafore said it has reached a reseller agreement with RatchetSoft that will allow users of ImageRight to integrate the product with a variety of browsers. Terms of the deal were not released.
RatchetSoft is the developer of Ratchet-X, a desktop application integration tool. The program allows users to link all systems without modification. Vertafore said Ratchet-X is used in the insurance, health care, financial services, hospitality and travel industries to reduce the time and effort necessary to perform application integrations.
In June, Vertafore's ImageRight customers, utilizing Ratchet-X, will be able to use any Windows or browser-based application without the need to make changes to those applications. ImageRight is the company's process and productivity reporting tool.
