Brown & Brown of Indiana a subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc., acquired the assets of One Source Insurance. One Source Insurance, Noblesville Ind., with $ 1.3 million in revenues, sells individual and group life, health, and other employee benefits and services to individuals, organizations and businesses throughout Indiana.

The staff at One Source Insurance Inc will continue to operate out of its Noblesville office.
