Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, one of just two insurers offering the new Cover Florida health insurance plans statewide, has signed up 266 people since the program launched the first week of January — out of Florida's nearly four million uninsured residents. United Healthcare also offers plans statewide. More data on enrollment numbers is expected this month.
