At a producer committee meeting of the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (FWCJUA), members accepted a staff recommendation that the FWCJUA should not pay competitive agency producer fees. Staff noted that maintaining the lower fee level provides an additional incentive for agencies and producers to place business in the voluntary market. Committee Chairman Dan Dannenhauer had requested a review of the producer rule.
