Sharon Emek, former chair of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York Inc., was featured on the Lifetime Television show, "The Balancing Act," on Feb. 16. The interview will replay on Mar. 4 and Mar. 16.
Emek appeared on the segment "Women and Insurance–Are You Covered? What You Need to Know About Your Insurance Needs" with fellow Trusted Choice independent insurance agent Alex Soto.
Emek is also director of CBS Insurance Coverage Group in New York City. Soto serves as president of the Miami-based InSource Insurance Agency and is a former chairman of the IIABNY-affiliated Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. He is a founding member of Trusted Choice.
