Claims News Service, May 30, 3:24 p.m. EST -- Paul Davis Restoration, a company specializing in mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction, has launched an emergency response program in Florida.
According to Tracy Bachtell, Paul Davis Restoration's vice president of business development, the Florida Emergency Services Program (FESP) will provide response services for residential and commercial property owners throughout the state due to fire, water, wind, smoke, mold, vandalism and any other emergency situation.
The program was developed to provide emergency services such as exterior board-ups, roof tarping, structural drying, contents inventory, and restoration. In addition, FESP will implement the company's Predict-A-Dry drying program.
Under the new program, an insurance carrier or property owner would call Paul Davis' call center and within 30 minutes, the property owner would receive a call back from an FESP-trained technician in their local area. Within four hours, Paul Davis uniformed technicians would arrive on the scene.
