Wicks has 16 years of experience with Pacific International Underwriters Inc. in Edmonds, Wash. She graduated from the University of Washington, began her insurance career in 1991 as a file clerk, and later became transportaion underwriting manager. She was responsible for managing a successful book of transportation business while maintaining profitable loss ratios.Established in 1968, The Harry W.
