The California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (CAIIA) is offering an educational scholarship to any interested adjuster working in California who would like to advance their training in the field. Up to $500 is available per adjuster who is selected.

The scholarship was established in order to honor Steve Tilghman, who was an advocate for education and ongoing training of all adjusters. Throughout his career, Tilghman helped train both independent and staff adjusters, and served as a mentor to many in the profession. He also was a past president of CAIIA.
