Accenture has recently introduced a new claims program designed to help property and casualty insurers modernize their core systems and streamline their customer service capabilities.

The latest version of Accenture Claim Components features a new dashboard analytic tool that gives claim handlers a real-time view of their claims workloads, tasks, and processing status. The program also includes newly automated claims functions designed to reduce claims processing inefficiencies, and accelerate claims resolution.
