James J. McNasby, a senior attorney for Kraft North America has been named Marsh insurance brokerage’s new legal counsel, it was announced.

New York-based Marsh & McLennan, the Marsh, the parent company, said Mr. McNasby, 38, who joined the company yesterday, replaces Richard J. Sullivan, who left earlier this year after he was appointed a U.S. District Court judge for New York’s Southern District in Manhattan.
