West Virginia Insurance Commissioner, Jane L. Cline recently declared that Deborah K. Wildberger was convicted on three felony counts of insurance fraud.

According to a release from the commissioner, Wildberger was found guilty of soliciting her tenant, Michael Hovermale, to burn the home that he was renting from her so that she could collect on the insurance policy. Earlier this year, Hovermale pleaded guilty to felony arson and conspiracy. He also testified against Wildberger at her trial.
