If there is one conference everyone in the property/casualty insurance industry looks forward to each year, it’s the Property Loss Research Bureau and the Liability Insurance Research Bureau’s Claims Conference and Insurance Services Expo. The conference has been going strong since the 1940s, and its venerable tradition comes from offering fresh and pertinent material year in and year out to direct insurance service providers.

The purpose of PLRB/LIRB’s conference is to educate claim professionals on the issues, trends, and events that they need to keep current with the demands of their industry. It is intended to educate adjusters, supervisors, managers, subrogation and fraud specialists, underwriters, and trainers. It has proven to be one of the most valuable tools that insurance claim professionals have access to over the course of the year because it consistently delivers accurate information and quality sessions to its membership.
