Audatex, a company that specializes in processing automotive claims, a Solera company, recently released Autosource Plus, a valuation product for automotive claim processing that is designed to handle total-loss claims and settlements more efficiently.
Audatex hopes the introduction of Autosource Plus will improve customer satisfaction by speeding the total claim loss process. “We are constantly looking for opportunities to develop solutions that help improve claim processing through discussions with our customers,” said Brian Grainger, director of product management for Autosource. “With Autosource Plus, we make it easier for our customers to explain everything about the process to their customers, the vehicle owners, which facilitates a better and quicker settlement.”
