OneBeacon Insurance Group has signed a multiyear agreement with CCC Information Services to extend access to CCC's automated claims tools.

Mutual of Omaha has inked a deal with FINEOS Corporation to implement the FINEOS Claims solution to manage claims operations for the carrier's group employee benefits products, including disability, life, AD&D, and waiver of premium.

Security Benefit Life Insurance Company has entered a multiyear agreement with Apex Data Systems to provide benefit plan administration and claims payment management technology.

ING now is delivering pending case downloads with the DataXchange online solution from E-Z Data, Inc., a provider of front-office solutions for insurance carriers. ING is using the solution to exchange new-business and policy information with its independent distribution channels.

Securian Financial Group has implemented the AdminServer policy administration system as well as AdminServer's IllustrationServer. Both systems utilize AdminServer's common calculation architecture, enabling consistency of calculations from illustration to policy processing, resulting in improved time and cost efficiencies.

The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company has selected Guidewire Software's ClaimCenter system to support Ohio Casualty's end-to-end claims process for personal and commercial lines of business. ClaimCenter will replace Ohio Casualty's existing claims system through a phased deployment over the next 20 to 36 months.

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has become the first health plan to purchase the TriZetto Group's real-time patient liability and point-of-service claims adjudication solution, Provider POS Direct. The solution enables healthcare providers to determine and share with patients the exact cost of a procedure prior to the delivery of care.

John Hancock Financial Services, a division of Manulife Financial, has extended its applications outsourcing contract with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) through May 2011. CSC will continue to provide John Hancock's U.S. wealth management division with applications and infrastructure support for the administration of more than one million fixed and variable annuity policies.

Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society has licensed Princeton Financial Systems to supply the carrier with several investment management and accounting systems, including PAM for Securities, PAM for Mortgages, and PAM for Real Estate.

Swiss Re has selected McCamish Systems to deliver administration services for a closed book of interest-sensitive whole life business in the United States.

The disability income insurance area of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company has upgraded to version 3.1 of FJA's Product Machine. MassMutual uses the Product Machine to support product modeling of its disability products.

Symetra Financial, a life insurance and financial services company, has expanded its contract with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a BPO and IT solutions company. The agreement will add deskside support services to ACS' existing five-year contract, which commenced in 2004.
