Moore Stephens Business Solutions and Q.Know Technologies announced the launch of a comprehensive solution that allows insurance information workers to conduct, manage, oversee, and audit the underwriting process in a single Microsoft Outlook interface.
Moore Stephens' bIntelligent approach to key performance indicators and Q.Know's Information Desktop combine to offer access and management of relevant activity critical to business operations by merging unstructured and structured information within Outlook.
This solution enables underwriters to conduct submissions and renewals, view loss runs, search policy detail, track key performance indicators, and manage the entire pipeline in a singular desktop view, without ever leaving Outlook. Bringing structured data together with all unstructured information, including documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, Web pages, etc., provides access and control for underwriters who often have to move rapidly through the deal process.
