Clear Technology Inc., a Westminster, Colo.-based global software provider to the insurance industry, announced today that Gail Pierce has joined the company as chief financial officer.
In her new position, Ms. Pierce will report directly to Brian Cohen, Clear Technology chief executive officer and president, the company said. She will be responsible for the strategic direction, operation and management of the company's financial resources.
Ms. Pierce most recently served as CFO of Newmerix Corp., a Colorado-based software developer, the announcement noted. Earlier in her career, she held senior financial management positions with The Dante Group and Client Systems, LLC, and was also co-founder and CFO of Collaboratek.
Clear Technology offers software products that automate the activities and decision-making of top-performing employees in claims, policy administration and underwriting, the company noted.
