Pitney Bowes' Group 1 Software has recently introduced a new bundle software package, Claims Correspondence. The software is designed to improve the integrity of customer claim information by removing inefficient manual processes.

According to a release by Pitney Bowes, Claims Correspondence can identify the closest agent or adjuster or other geographic element relative to a claimant address, and enable users to quickly create a customized document in real time via the web.
