As part of its ongoing "road show," the Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) has scheduled a captive owner roundtable luncheon, seminars and reception on Feb. 8 in Houston, Texas, and Feb. 22 in Boston.

Both events, which can earn attendees one CPE/CLE credit, will include a Captives 101 seminar that will focus on the basics of captive insurance companies, the reasons for forming a captive, the feasibility process and key issues in putting a successful captive program together, according to VCIA.

Houston sessions will include a seminar titled "Strategic Advantages of Captive Insurance."
