The U.S. Senate committee leaders are starting to release hearing agendas.

The incoming Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee has not yet updated its Web site, but the hearing calendar Web page for the full Senate shows that the committee has scheduled a health care hearing at 10 a.m. Jan. 10.

Witnesses at the hearing will "examine challenges and opportunities relating to health care for all Americans," according to the hearing schedule.

A copy of the schedule is on the Web at http://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/committees/b_three_sections_with_teasers/committee_hearings.htm
