Daniel G. Hickey Jr. was named chief executive officer of CRM Holdings Ltd., effective yesterday. He remains chairman of the board.
Martin D. Rakoff, formerly the Hamilton, Bermuda-based carrier's co-CEO and deputy chairman of the board, has resigned to pursue other interests.
Keith S. Hynes, a director and chairman of the company's audit committee, has been appointed deputy chairman of the board of directors replacing Mr. Rakoff.
