Chicago-based insurance broker Acordia Inc. said it acquired the Pete Berolatti Insurance Agency in Parkersburg, W.Va. Terms of the deal were not released.
Acordia, a subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company, said the acquisition closed Nov. 1.
The Berolatti Agency provides individual and group benefit insurance products for its business and individual customers. The agency's staff will continue service of customers from the Acordia office in Parkersburg.
Pete Berolatti, owner of Berolatti Agency, was named a senior vice president of Acordia.
