A former Baltimore police officer and a former CompManagement, Inc. employee have been charged with felony theft, felony insurance fraud, and conspiracy.

According to a release from Maryland’s Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr., former officer Andre Stover conspired with Natalie Mack to steal approximately $153,000 in fraudulent workers’ compensation benefits checks. The indictment proposes that Mack issued these checks in exchange for a percentage of the proceeds, with the alleged thefts occurred between May of 2003 and April of 2004. As a result, Stover was charged with felony theft and Mack was charged with felony insurance fraud and conspiracy.
