The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services has granted a three-year federal waiver to certain companies, allowing them to sell Medicare Part D, the Prescription Drug Plans in Florida. According to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, the following companies have obtained the federal waiver but are currently not licensed by the State of Florida:

oElder Health Insurance Company, Inc.

oEnvisionRX Plus, Inc.
