Gerald Whitburn, chief executive officer of Church Mutual Insurance Co., said he has no interest in seeking chief executive's post at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America.

A story in the NU Online News Service yesterday reported sources said the former chairman of PCI was interested in the job.

"The PCI chief executive officer's job is an excellent position, but I have no plans to leave Church Mutual, and I have told anyone who has asked me that I have no interest in the job. We do have a lot of interested candidates in the job," he told the NU Online.
