Cybersettle, a dispute resolution company that uses a double-blind system, recently won a patent infringement case it filed against National Arbitration Forum (NAF), a Minnesota-based company that administered New Jersey's no fault automobile insurance personal injury protection program.

According to a release from Cybersettle, the New Jersey Federal District Court ruled that two versions of NAF's online dispute resolution system in New Jersey were in direct violation of Cybersettle's patent for its automated, online system.

“This is an extremely important victory,” said Cybersettle President and CEO Charles Brofman, in a release. “Cybersettle spent a large amount of money, and time developing processes and creating methodologies, and we are very gratified that the Federal District Court did enforce and protect this patent.”
