The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has launched an online tool to help put personal insurance customers in touch with the carrier’s network of preferred independent auto-body repair shops. The new inquiry tool was developed based on feedback from agents and brokers to improve customer service and satisfaction.A part of Chubb’s Masterpiece Auto Preference Services program, the repair network is available online to agents and brokers, so customers can begin the repair process more quickly. Repair shop information can be obtained at any time.

“When accidents occur, our customers don’t want to wait around to learn when and where their cars will be repaired. They also want to be assured their cars will be repaired by qualified service people,” says William S. Crowley, Chubb’s worldwide auto claims manager.
