Tom Ealy has been named chief operating officer for Willis North America, replacing Don Bailey, who was promoted to chief executive officer of the company last month.
Mr. Ealy joined Willis Group Holdings in 2002, heading the company's Chicago office. He has more than 20 years in the industry. The brokerage said he will be relocating to New York.
Willis also announced the appointment of Joe Gunn as executive vice president and national partner, North American client development; and Eric Joost, client advocacy leader in North America.
