Fiserv Insurance Solutions announced the release of its Life Portraits ES sales illustration system for Farm Family Life Insurance Company to provide the carrier's field force with needs-based selling tools.

Great American Insurance Company has selected Skywire Software's INSsight for its insurance data warehouse model. Great American will utilize the INSsight Information Management Suite to consolidate data from multiple, disparate source systems and produce an enterprisewide view across operating units.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBS) has signed a two-year agreement with Computer Sciences Corporation to develop Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), a data warehouse for 20 BCBS plans. BHI is being implemented and tested this year and will be fully operational in 2007.
