Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced the release of AuthenticWeb for Contract Provisions, a desktop module allowing life and health insurers to focus on business objectives and improve speed to market without expending resources unnecessarily to perform compliance monitoring, tools maintenance, and contract revisions to meet state approval requirements.
"AuthenticWeb for Contract Provisions transforms the burden of regulatory compliance into a competitive advantage by providing insurers with a streamlined approach to help ensure compliance with state requirements," says David Stephens, executive vice president of the securities and insurance unit at Wolters Kluwer. "This allows insurance companies to focus on business objectives and compete in the marketplace."
The new release accomplishes this through features such as expert summaries to obtain answers to key regulatory questions impacting the development of contract language; required language links for immediate access to state-mandated language excerpts; and e-mail alerts to keep abreast of regulatory changes by subject matter, jurisdiction, and line of business.
