Will Eliot Spitzer ever lay a glove on Maurice Greenberg? That's the question NU Editor-In-Chief Sam Friedman ponders in his latest blog entry at www.property-casualty.com.

Given that Mr. Spitzer is on his way out the door as he prepares to be anointed governor of New York this November, and given the fact that Mr. Greenberg has nothing but time and money and powerful legal talent to defend himself against the charges against him that New York Attorney General Spitzer hasn't already dropped, Mr. Friedman says he can't help but wonder if this is becoming an exercise in futility.
