AMS Services announced the general availability of AMS Sagitta 7.0, an agency management system for larger agencies, bank-owned agencies, and national brokers. This release delivers new security enhancements as well as additional flexibility and customization options to help agencies respond to increasing regulatory and security pressures. Leading financial institutions and publicly traded insurance brokers are searching for customizable solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and protect their customers' data, according to AMS.
AMS Sagitta 7.0 is designed to address these needs through role-based security, tighter control of system access, detailed log-in tracking, broader password options, and menu access limitations. The role-based security provides the option for users to have controlled access to specific system functions, such as invoicing, memo deletion, and renewal management.
Large insurance agents and brokers also demand a level of customization that goes well beyond the needs of the average insurance agency, says AMS. To address these needs, AMS Sagitta 7.0 includes multiple enhancements that expand system configurability including custom field and page creation; simplified data extraction for reporting; configurable quick-entry fields and defined vehicle pages to minimize system scrolling; and seamless integration to specific, updated ACORD forms, as assigned.
