Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker USI Holdings Corporation said it has acquired Tandem Benefits, based in Foothill Ranch, Calif.
Terms of the deal were not released.
USI said the acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $8.8 million in revenue annually.
Tandem Benefits, a benefits communications and enrollment solutions provider, will become the Western region service operation for Univers Workplace Benefits, USI's benefits communication and enrollment division. The firm's name will be changed to Univers Workplace Benefits, Western Region Division, effective Aug. 1.
