Myriad Development, Inc., has added standard edition reports to its risk manager system, a Web-based workflow and management tool that automates the home inspection process. The standard edition reports module is an executive dashboard-style reporting suite for viewing everything from multiple vendor comparisons to drilling into individual inspection reports.

Managing multiple vendors, keeping track of thousands of inspections, and reviewing and analyzing reports that originate from numerous systems routinely have challenged the integrity and organization of the property inspection and resulting underwriting process. The new reporting suite from Myriad provides underwriting management the means to monitor, measure, and manage the data-intensive inspection process. Underwriting management will have reports that show work volume, timeliness, on-hand work, and quality of work for both staff and vendors.

Within one inspection and reporting system, carriers are able to monitor and manage staff and multiple vendors, view the entire inspection workflow, and uncover outliers and red flags. Then by drilling down into individual inspections and identifying root causes of outliers, action can be taken on the reports.
