The life insurance trade association LOMA has formed an alliance with LRN, a provider of legal, compliance, ethics management and corporate governance programs, to offer online courses to its members.
The LRN courses will be fed to LOMA's member community through LOMALearn Online, LOMA's e-Learning portal designed for both individual and corporate learning management.
“Adding LRN courses to our catalog allows us to positively impact our members' ability to train their employees to identify legal and ethical risks, avoid costly mistakes, and reinforce their understanding of both company values and about the importance of conducting business with integrity and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards,” said Dennis Goodwin, second vice president, e-Learning at LOMA.
