Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquired Y.S. Liedman & Associates of Miami.
The Itasca, Ill.-based insurance brokerage firm said terms of the deal with Y.S. Liedman were not released.
Established in 1973, Y.S. Liedman offers employee benefits consultation and brokerage services, including qualified and nonqualified retirement planning, group benefits, life insurance, and financial planning services, with capabilities extending to both national and international clients.
