The National Underwriter Company in Erlanger, Ky.–a unit of Highline Media, corporate parent of this publication–has acquired the assets of The Conference Group, Ltd. Terms were not announced.
The Conference Group is a leading insurance industry executive-level conference organizer, with meetings that include the 18th Annual Executive Conference for the Property-Casualty Insurance Industry and the 17th Annual Executive Conference for the Life Insurance Industry.
The Conference Group will become part of NUCO's Insurance Conference Division, headed by James M. Keefe III, NUCO's senior vice president and managing director.
