Aon declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents a share, unchanged from November 2002.

The Chicago-based insurance broker said Friday that it would pay the quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share of common stock payable on May 15 to shareholders of record as of May 2.

Aon has made 14 dividend payments at 15 cents a share, after dropping from its high of 22.5 cents a share, which it paid from July 2001 to July 2002.
