Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it has acquired wholesale broker Sobieski & Bradley Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Itasca, Ill.-based firm did not release the terms of the transaction.
Gallagher said Michael Sobieski, president, and his associates will continue to operate the 18-person firm from its Salt Lake City location under the direction of Joel Cavaness, president of Risk Placement Services Inc., a subsidiary of Gallagher.
