Guidewire Software, a provider of solutions to property and casualty and workers' compensation insurers, announced that Jeffrey Simpson has joined the company as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors.
The San Mateo, Calif.-based company said Mr. Simpson has 30 years experience in information technology and 20 years in software.
Mr. Simpson, Guidewire said, brings significant experience in growing and leading companies of all sizes, from start-ups to industry leaders.
