Then take part in the ACORD-User Groups Information Exchange's (AUGIE) benchmark Agency Technology Survey, which provides questions about agency technology needs and updates a 2002 survey.
“The more agents and brokers who take part — the better,” said Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America CEO Robert A. Rusbuldt. “This is how you get your voice heard, and make your opinion count.”
The global, nonprofit insurance association's survey is available now through March 1 at www.augiesurvey.org. Results will be announced in May at the ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum.
