California legislators recently approved a handful of bills that address issues raised in the aftermath of last year's wildfires in southern California.
The requirements for the disclosures that homeowner insurers must provide to their policyholders were updated by SB 1855. The new disclosures are intended to provide policyholders with accurate and thorough explanations of the coverages in their homeowner insurance policies.
