Vermont Captive Insurance Association and the State of Vermont in an effort to promote captive insurance ownership are presenting a seminar next month in Cleveland on the benefits of captive insurance operations.
The Feb. 8 seminar, “Strategic Advantages of Captive Insurance,” will explore the decision to form a captive insurer. This is an individualized process that reflects the unique needs and interests of an organization, VCIA said.
VCIA said a panel at the session will consist of three captive owners as well as Derick White, Vermont's director of captive insurance, Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration.
